The Champions for Children Education and Training Seminars offers a range of in-depth workshops, punctuated by powerful local and national speakers, providing attendees opportunities to explore and examine the latest insights and approaches on how to best serve and care for child victims and their non-offending family members.
These seminars are conducted for the sole purpose of providing training to those who work with children on the Cape and Islands. We place a priority for in our offerings for those who work directly with child victims of crime, whose intent is to help children in their healing process, and who are employed by governmental and nonprofit agencies in the fields of law enforcement, prosecution, child protective services, social work, children’s advocacy, therapy, probation, and medicine.
